I made it in a technique graphic quilling, using cardboard and pastel paper strips 8 mm wide ( and 3mm for the clouds) . It is entirely handmade, using only paper. I cut paper strips by hand. This beautiful design can grace any room, lovely gift for any occasion,anniversary, wedding, or birthday. The size of the design with a frame is 24cm x 18cm ( approx. 9,5" x 7"
